Delete Your Account
You control whether your Compwise account and saved projects remain in the service.
Effective September 18, 2026Delete from the app
Open Compwise and sign in. Open Account from the bottom navigation, choose Delete account, review the warning, and confirm permanent deletion.
If you cannot access the app
Email p2phomesolutions@gmail.com from the address attached to your account with “Compwise account deletion” in the subject. We may ask you to verify control of the account.
What deletion removes
Deletion removes the account profile, active sessions, analysis and Vision credit ledger, and saved deal records from active Compwise systems. Local app data is cleared when deletion completes. Files or images you separately exported remain under your control.
What may be retained
Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records may be retained where required. Deleting Compwise does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription; manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
Permanent action
Account deletion cannot be undone. Unused analyses or Vision credits associated with the deleted account are removed and cannot be transferred.
