Before contacting us
Confirm your connection, close and reopen Compwise, and check Recent Searches before starting another paid analysis. For a missing subscription, open Account and choose Restore Purchases.
Property-analysis questions
Send the exact address, the result that appears incorrect, and the source you believe should be reviewed. Compwise estimates are planning tools, not appraisals, inspections, title reports, contractor bids, or guarantees of value or profit.
Purchases and billing
iOS purchases and subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Apple manages payment methods, receipts, cancellations, and refund decisions. Compwise can investigate entitlement delivery but cannot view complete payment-card information.
Privacy and deletion
Read the Privacy Policy and follow the Account Deletion instructions when you want to permanently remove an account.
