Compwise provides preliminary planning estimates from available records, comparable-sale information, user inputs, and stated assumptions. Results are not an appraisal, broker price opinion, inspection, survey, title report, permit clearance, contractor bid, legal or tax advice, lending commitment, or guarantee.
Your responsibility
Before buying, financing, renovating, renting, or selling, independently verify the property, title, zoning, permits, code matters, flood and insurance exposure, taxes, association obligations, construction scope, financing, rents, and comparable sales with qualified professionals.
Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Do not evade credit limits, interfere with security, scrape or resell results at scale, upload unlawful material, or submit content you do not have the right to use.
Purchases and subscriptions
Prices and allowances are shown before purchase. iOS purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment terms. Purchased credits apply to the Compwise account used for settlement. Reopening a saved result does not consume another credit.
Vision content
You keep your rights in uploaded photos and permit P2P Home Solutions to process them as needed to provide the requested service. Vision outputs are conceptual and may omit hidden conditions or depict work that is impractical, unavailable, or not code compliant.
Data and availability
Public records and third-party sources can be delayed, incomplete, changed, or unavailable. Compwise is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. P2P Home Solutions is not responsible for investment losses or decisions based on unverified estimates.
