How Compwise collects, uses, and protects account and property-analysis data.

Compwise is a property-analysis product operated by P2P Home Solutions. Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to p2phomesolutions@gmail.com.
Information we process
We may process your name, email address, sign-in information, property addresses, condition answers, financing assumptions, notes, saved analyses, photos selected for Vision, account balances, and purchase records. Passwords are stored only as protected password hashes.
Google sign-in
If you choose Continue with Google, Compwise receives the basic identity information you authorize: your Google account name, email address, and account identifier. We use it to create or access your Compwise account. We do not request access to Gmail, contacts, or Google Drive.
How we use information
We use information to secure accounts; run, save, and reopen analyses and Vision projects; deliver purchases and credits; provide support; prevent abuse; fix failures; and meet legal, tax, security, and App Store obligations.
Providers and sharing
We share information only as needed with hosting, authentication, payment, property-data, email, and image-processing providers. Apple processes App Store purchases under Apple’s terms. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising. The production Vision provider will be identified before customer photos are sent to it.
Photos and Vision
Compwise accesses only photos you select or capture. Selected images are used for the requested remodel concept and cost analysis. Vision images are concepts, not construction documents or proof that work is structurally or legally permitted.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and project information while the account is active and as reasonably needed for service, security, disputes, and legal obligations. You can permanently delete the active account data described on the Account Deletion page. Limited transaction or security records may be retained where required.
Security and choices
We use encrypted transport, protected device session storage, access controls, and server-side purchase verification. You can choose what property details and photos to submit, manage device permissions, sign out, contact us about access or correction, or request deletion. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Children and changes
Compwise is intended for adults evaluating real estate and is not directed to children under 13. Material policy changes will be shown with a new effective date.
